The T-100K and T-500K families cover a long list of older and budget controllers. LEDEdit Pro 2026 ships 78 T-100K chip profiles and the combined T-500K-ALL profile, so many existing installations can be reprogrammed without changing hardware.
In LEDEdit Pro 2026
- T-100K Free: 78 chip profiles (77 export-ready), up to 512 LEDs per output.
- T-500K Free: one combined profile, up to 512 LEDs per output.
- Related branches such as Special / Break (T-100K-SC, T-100K-B-SC) and DMX / Monochrome (T-100K-DMX) are separate families in the export dialog.
Example: a 20 × 25 pixel curtain
A 20 × 25 curtain is 500 LEDs — just under the 512 limit. Stamp it with Pattern Builder using Columns Serpentine if the strings hang vertically, then run organic effects like Plasma Flow or Matrix Rain from the effects guide.
Tips
- With 78 profiles, the exact chip matters — compare the controller label and the IC name carefully.
- If an older controller refuses the file, the DXF + AVI fallback lets you finish in the free LEDEdit version it was sold with.
